After Roman Reigns dropped the Undisputed WWE Champion to Cody Rhodes, Solo Sikoa took control of The Bloodline and subsequently kicked out Jimmy Uso and brought in Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, the sons of Haku. However, while this seems relatively straightforward, it appears WWE’s graphic design team is struggling to tell the difference between the two Tonga’s as WWE has announced on their website that The Street Profits will be wrestling Solo Sikoa and Tonga Loa on next week’s SmckDown, but they incorrectly used a photo of Tama Tongo to confuse things.
As of writing, the error still needs to be corrected, and it will be interesting to see if WWE goes through the hassle of fixing this simple mistake. Yet it does show the old Vince McMahon rule of not allowing two wrestlers to have such similar names had a purpose. Although, at times, it was taken too, such as when Austin Theory dropped his first name in case fans confused him with Steve Austin, which obviously would never happen.
