Uncle Howdy, also known as Bo Dallas, hasn’t wrestled since December 2024, with it understood he was taken off the road due to an injury. Therefore, his stable, the Wyatt Sicks, has also taken an extended leave, leaving some fans wondering if the company still has plans for the group, especially after it was learned that Alexa Bliss had been pulled from her WrestleMania 41 appearances.
However, putting fans’ minds at ease, Fightful Select has now reported that not only has Uncle Howdy been medically cleared to return, but there have also been discussions regarding the group returning to television, although when this will be isn’t known.
Uncle Howdy originally debuted on the October 28th, 2022, episode of SmackDown when he interrupted Wyatt via video. At the time, it wasn’t known who was behind the disguise, although it was eventually established as Bray Wyatt’s real-life brother Bo Dallas because eagle-eyed viewers recognized his earring.
Still, the gimmick never reached its full potential at the time due to Wyatt being taken ill. Therefore, once he tragically passed away, most assumed that the character and bizarre world that Wyatt had created were confined to WWE history. Yet WWE unexpectedly decided to pay tribute to Wyatt’s creations, and the Wyatt Sicks stable was created, resulting in the return of Howdy.
