AEW is constantly looking to find the next star on the indies, and Fightful Select has now confirmed that the company secured the services of Megan Bayne several months ago. The 25-year-old previously worked for the promotion on their YouTube shows and wrestled a dark match before Rampage back in June. She initially broke into the business in 2017 via Ohio Valley Wrestling and would go on to win the promotion’s top female championship in 2019. Currently, she is wrestling for Stardom in Japan, seemingly to gain in-ring experience before joining AEW full-time.
