Top WWE Star Is Currently Working Hurt

It’s often said that pro wrestling isn’t ballet, and thus, injuries will always occur. And now PWInsider.com has reported that Drew McIntyre suffered a hyperextended elbow injury during his WrestleMania XL match with Seth Rollins. However, with WWE currently running shows in the UK, McIntyre isn’t missing any dates and is working through the injury.

38-year-old McIntyre’s long-term future with WWE currently remains unknown, with it known his contract expires in the next month or so. Yet, with Clash at the Castle taking place in Scotland on June 15th, it seems doubtful that a new deal won’t be reached by then, with McIntyre likely to see very favorable terms, considering he is positioned as CM Punk’s next opponent.
