Tony Khan is officially an AEW on-screen character after Jack Perry struck him and, subsequently, The Young Bucks hit him with a Meltzer Driver during the conclusion of this week’s episode of Dynamite. And now, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select has reported on X that AEW’s head honcho will sell the attack by wearing a neck brace. This is known because he was spotted in the medical device during the Chuck Taylor vs. Trent Beretta Parking Lot Brawl match, which was filmed later in the night.
At present, everything is speculation regarding where the storyline between Khan and The Elite is headed. However, it has definitely gotten fans talking on social media, and therefore, there should be a spike in interest for AEW’s upcoming shows, especially with former Elite member and current EVP Kenny Omega scheduled to appear on next week’s Dynamite.
