Drew McIntyre Sends Message Of Support To Jinder Mahal Following His WWE Release

On Friday, news broke that WWE had released several talents, with Jinder Mahal being the biggest name of them all. And now, his former 3MB stablemate Drew McIntyre has sent Mahal a message of support X, telling him, “We showed them once. Now show them again, brother.” This refers to both men being previously let go by the company but subsequently returning to become WWE Champions.

37-year-old Mahal, real name Yuvraj Dhesi, has had two runs with WWE, the first being from 2010 to 2014 and then from 2016 to 2024. During this time, he would lose far more matches than he ever won. However, when the company decided to go after the Indian market, they not only pushed Mahal but had him defeat Randy Orton to win the WWE Championship. Still, the experiment ultimately failed, with ticket sales in the country failing to meet expectations when the company and Mahal would fall back down the card.
